[MCPE-162972] Background music continues despite jukebox music playing.

Background music continues to play, even after a record is inserted into a jukebox.

I don't think this is intentional, that would be questionable as it has been handled well in the Legacy Edition. Shouldn't the background music be stopped in such a case? My friends & many others complain about this bug for years, we noticed it after switching from Legacy Edition to Bedrock Edition.
