Took mob into the nether

Brought mob back to the overworld

Mob transports back into the nether after about 10 to 20 seconds

Mob should remain in the overworld unless taken back through the portal 

Is it still an issue in the latest version 1.20+?

This is currently happening to me. I’m on Nintendo switch and I’m on the 1.21.44 ver
