Fighting the wither on nether roof, standing underneath of wither with other player and after charge attacking, we instantly died with Fully Enchanted Netherite armor.
Other player attempted to retrieve items and got charge attacked again with death message "Hit the Ground too hard"
Weird and funny bug tbh. Kinda makes wither impossible, unless it's rare.

Fairly certain it was the same death message. Wither was above both of us by about 4-5 blocks and did dash attack. I'll try to see if I can recapture it again. Game closed out when i tried to see if my Nvidia Instant Replay was running but it wasn't and it logged me out of the server.
Besides checking if you get the same death message, please provide the following additional information:
Are you just standing on the roof or are you flying?
Does the issue occur when you fight the Wither in a normally-accessible area (not on the Nether roof)?
Wither Dash One Shot Bug (Foul Language) - Minecraft Bedrock - YouTube My friend and I were able to try challenging the wither again, Sorry for the language as we didn't want to lose our items again and possibly have to do a roll back. We are just below the ceiling and even about 20 blocks down from the ceiling the wither was still doing increased amounts of damage which unless you have near unlimited totems of undying makes the wither near impossible to kill. We attempted in an ocean to see if it was easier, and it never managed to hit us with a dash attack.
EDIT: After testing on a backup of the world in the overworld. The wither's dash was doing the normal amount of damage.
Based on last comment from reporter that dash attack is doing normal amount of damage, this is being resolved as Cannot Reproduce.
What was the death message when you (both) died the first time?
