[MCPE-163263] Create New World Screen disappears when unfocused

When playing Minecraft Preview and creating a new world, I wanted to put in a seed and accidentally clicked off of Minecraft. This hid the create new world screen. From testing on iPadOS, Windows, and Xbox, it only happens on Windows.

How to duplicate:

Step 1: Open Minecraft Preview on one of the affected versions

Step 2: Go to the Create New World Screen

Step 3: Click off of Minecraft Preview
