In a previous beta a fix was implemented so the text opacity slider works for tool text on items above the hotbar. Currently this is still broken and not implemented fully to fix text that appears when you first enter a boat, minecart or horse. The text “press a/enter to exit the boat should be affected by this setting . The image with the word grass block should be how this text is displayed with opacity set to 0.
