I am not able to get out of beta. I already left and uninstalled but every to I reinstalled it, it put me back in beta.

Are you following the instructions for leaving the beta?
When you reinstall, are you installing the release version (current 1.19.31) from the Google Play store? If you reinstall the beta / preview version, you will be in the beta again.
