[MCPE-163794] Severe lag spikes caused by the 1.19.20 update

Since the 1.19.20 update doing anything causes choppy movement and lag. This is not causes by my console as besides constant crashes which were fixed in recent minor updates, the game worked fine. Since the 1.19.20 update however it included severe lag by doing anything such as moving the player.

Hey, did you manage to update your game to 1.19.51? If yes, does the choppiness and lag persist?

The game is updated to the latest version of Minecraft, and yes this issue still persists.

Hey, is there any info on this being worked on? Were going on to 1.19.7 and 1.19.8 soon and this is still a major issue that persists.

Is it still an issue in 1.20? Does the lag happen on any world? If the issue is world specific are there any packs/addons applied?
