i want to enable rtx but the preview doesn't let me use it. i have the minimum requirements but it says i don't have it.

The debug information at the top of the screen shows that the game is using your integrated graphics, which is why you cannot enable ray tracing. Please try the following and let me know if it works:
Close Minecraft Preview.
Launch the Settings app.
Browse to System > Display > (scroll down) > Graphics.
Click the Minecraft Preview app in the list and press Options.
Choose "High performance" and press "Save".
Reopen Minecraft Preview.
