[MCPE-163928] Skeletons shoot arrows from their head

Skeletons shoot arrows from their head.

You'd expect the arrow to come from their bow.

@v-weszaj Thanks for your reply. This isn't a feature request, surely it's a bug that the arrows originate from the head and not the bow?
