Awfully slow loading

When I’m offline and I want to play Minecraft it responds very slowly. It takes seconds to process my taps. When it loads, it loads normally up until ≈97%. Then it starts to lag a lot. This is a big problem for me, since I live in Ukraine where light outages are very common and I’m often bored and want to play Minecraft.
