My son had a few worlds he paid for and when he tried to download them they wouldn't download. We are trying to figure out the problem especially for the ones he paid for.

Hi @unknown,
If marketplace downloads are stuck like @unknown descibes, a new function has recently been added to clear the Marketplace cache ingame.
Can you try the following?
Make sure you use the latest release version of Minecraft, currently 1.19.41 (or higher) should be displayed in the bottom right corner after launching the game.
If the version number is lower, please check the Apple Store for an update.
Ingame (in Minecraft) go to Settings > Storage > Clear Marketplace Cache -> Press Clear Marketplace Cache
Exit Minecraft and download the content again.
Please let us know if this solved the problem for you.

When attempting to download a world, I got kicked out and experienced the same problem, but the download bar was still on the world, and I couldn't cancel the download or interact with it at all. It's been like this for over a month now, and the progress never updates, so it might be another problem altogether.
