It's not possible to delete the items from our creative inventory normally, like we used to do before. In the dark grey areas of the Inventory screen, if we tapped on an item and then on the dark grey areas, it would delete the item. But now we can only throw the item outside the inventory and that's just clutters the world, without deleting the item.
