After the October 5th Xbox performance update, I couldn't generally run above 60FPS on my Series S console. Tried resetting the console and uninstalling Minecraft which both didn't work. Other accounts connected to my Xbox that also have Minecraft are experiencing the same issue.
Vsync turned off.

Why was this listed as a duplicate when they are potentially different bugs. This bug was caused by the 1.19.31 downgrade update. Disabling Vsync no longer allows for 120fps on xbox. The linked bug only states that the slider doesn't allow for above 60fps which could be said to be working as intended as there is no mention of vync being disabled. Its been 3 months since 1.19.31 was released and I'm still waiting for all the massive inconvenience bugs to be fixed such as the deadzone, 120fps and the horrendous change to the keyboard which doesn't let you access the command list when typing
