[MCPE-164206] Chiseled Bookshelf's comparator signal is broken!

Whenever, a comparator is placed near the chiseled bookshelf, after that if we place all 6 books inside the chiseled bookshelf, then after we remove all the books from the chiseled bookshelf, the comparator still produces a signal of 1 redstone dust.
