This is happening on my Realms whether I use my PC, my Amazon tablet, or my x series console, all of them have a chat screen open that lists a column like this:

And no matter what I do I can't get rid of it. I tried to go to the chat screen and it won't change it, I'm not sure why it is there. My grandson on his table, playing in same realm, does not see it on his screen, so it is something on my account, but I'm not sure how to get rid of whatever it is.
Could you help me?
