I went on a large mining trip on my Pocket Edition world and came back to smelt the iron, and i got the result as seen in the image.
EDIT: Minecraft has seemed to fix itself.

Please change the summary / title of the report back to what it was before. In case anyone else experiences this it is way easier to find your report then. With the current summary you cannot tell what the report is about when seeing it in the list as well.
