[MCPE-164411] Chiseled Bookshelf's comparator signal is still broken!

If we put all 6 books in Chiseled Bookshelf, and place a comparator near it, then if we remove all the 6 books, the comparator still gives a signal of 1 redstone dust.

The signal is based on the last item removed.

Comparator gives a signal based on the amount in certain blocks, so if all books are removed, the comparator's signal should be 0.
