I went exploring all ocean biomes, both swimming and in a boat. Just in case i tried the achievement on 3 different worlds, but nothing. Maybe deep_warm_ocean and/or legacy_frozen_ocean are being counted for this achievement? (Yes i know those biomes can't generate, that's why i mentioned them)
