Skeletons don't have enchanted bows, i spawned like 100 of them
1. Spawn 100 skeletons
2. None have enchanted bows.
Can you guys fix this bug? Strays don't have enchanted bows either.

No not works as intended According to the Official Minecraft Wiki: Skeletons spawn already-armed with bows, which may also be enchanted.
If skeletons don't spawn with enchanted bows maybe check your difficulty.
Weapon enchantment for Skeletons
Easy 0% Normal 0%-25% Hard 3.125%-25%
Armor enchantment for Skeletons
Easy 0% Normal 0-50% Hard 6.25%-50%
