We have to sign in twice after changing file storage location from application to external after reinstalling the game.

After reinstalling minecraft we have to sign in twice, the second time after restarting the newly installed minecraft.

Steps to reproduce:

1) Reinstall minecraft.
2) Sign in.
3) Change File Storage Location from Application to External.
4) Input a custom skin
5) Close the minecraft app.
6) Restart minecraft.

Observed results:

After restarting the minecraft app, the game again shows sign in as we get signed out, and removes the custom skin imported in the first sign in. Then repeating from Step 2, everything goes normal.

Expected results:

The game shouldn't show sign in after restarting minecraft for the first time after we already signed in once, as well as the custom skin imported in first sign in shouldn't disappear.
