Stuck on Nether screen when connecting to other parts of servers

I'm sorry if this has already been reported but I can't find anything about it. So, when playing on severs mainly severs with high player counts. When connecting to another part of the sever, your screen will say building terrain, with the nether background, the same one when you go in and out of the nether. And it will just sit there, sometimes you join in like a minute, most of the time after waiting a while it just says. "You didn't finish joining" and you'll be disconnected from whatever sever you were playing. This has been a thing ever since update 1.16.200 but it got a lot worse in this update, I can't even go an hour in a sever with it happening sometimes. It has nothing to do with ping or your internet. And the worse computer you have the more it seems to happen. People call it getting nethered.
