Random lights in caves without glowing vines, nightime in ocean, in the dark

Hi, what do you mean by random lights? Can you please elaborate more on the issue and add an attachment – video/screenshot showing it?

 So what happened is that i found/discovered this in the caves. i screenshot this at the daytime but you can see there is no glowing vines. its not impossible to put glowing vines in water but i dont have a tool/enchantment to get glowing vines.

In the screenshot you appear to be in a normal ocean. While there might be one area in that screenshot that is brighter, that may be due to how deep the water is at that point, or something else glowing under the water.
Please provide additional details, world seed and coordinates, screenshots, etc to explain and show "random lights in caves".
