For some reason villager can't go to there beds inside their houses i try waiting for 5 minutes and breaking and placing the bed down the villager has the green particles doesn't go to bed inside their houses there just going to stand behind wall where the bed is located

The dirt path in front of the door is preventing the villager from entering the house. Replace it with another block and the villager will enter the house.
