Ever since the last update, my friend and I haven't been able to play cross-platform. This issue has come up before but not in a while. I play on Nintendo Switch and she is on Xbox One, I start a new map and invite her from my game and her marker shows up on the map but her character isn't there at all. If we try an older map we know worked in the past, her character appears, meanwhile her screen is stuck on a forever-loading "locating server". This is so frustrating and we have tried everything to resolve it ourselves, but nothing works. Please help!!
