each time i go on marketplace a erorr comes up ether when i go into marketplace or on contact pages

Is it still an issue? Are you unable to open the marketplace at all, and there is no access there for you?

Yes it does it sometimes loads or it cames up with the error message I can open it but it goes right to a error or loads then the product page comes up with a error

Is it still an issue? Error code U-000 is strictly connected to the Internet connection issue. Have you tried maybe restarting your router? This site provides you with some tips, how to handle error code U-000.
