[MCPE-165200] The camera moves like it's updating

It happens to me when I play Minecraft without players or on servers it happens to me many times because I was playing and the camera didn't want to go with the bug

I'm sorry the recording is bad but seriously it's just my recording and the truth is the camera is bad

Does the issue happen only on Featured servers like Cubecraft, Mineplex, or is it also affecting singleplayer worlds or realms?
