[MCPE-165237] Villagers not turning into zombie villagers

I found out that villagers are not turning into zombie villagers when killed by a zombie

Please make sure that you are playing on Hard Mode. On Easy mode villagers will never convert to Zombie Villagers, and on Normal mode they will only convert 50% of the time.

If you are already playing in Hard mode, we are tracking an issue in MCPE-120275 where villagers sometimes still won't convert.

This issue is being resolved as a Duplicate of MCPE-120275.
