Tutorial appears when try to Create new world and world does not get created

Since the new update, whenever I try to create a new world, this video tutorial of the new buttons appears and I can't create the world. And yes, I've already uninstalled the game, I've deleted files, I've restarted my phone, I've deleted files to increase space, I've clicked on the screen 1000 times, I've tried to go back with the phone button, I've watched the video tutorial 1000 times to see if it eventually shuts down but nothing. I tried going to the settings and the same thing happens when I select the command option.
