The "Console commands" feature toggle in new create new world is not implemented.
How to reproduce:
Go to the old create new world screen by turning on screen reader
Observe the "Console commands" toggle not appearing under cheats
Go back to the new create new world screen
Go to cheats
Observe the toggle there and enabled by default
Turn off the "Console commands" toggle
Create the new world
Observe chat commands still turned on
Observed results:
The toggle is not implemented into the game, therefore making this toggle useless
Expected results:
The toggle either should be implemented, removed, or show a message that its under construction.

After multiple tests with various toggles on and off, it does do something. Turning it off stops commands from being able to be used in chat. It's basically the Activate Cheats toggle. You can still have Keep Inventory on whilst not having commands enabled, for example.
