[MCPE-165520] Teleporting cross-dimensionally crashes world

When using /execute to teleport to another dimension it crashes the game.

commands used

/execute in the_end run tp @p 0 70 0
/execute in nether run tp @p 0 70 0
/execute in overworld run tp @p 0 70 0
