Skeleton damage is not distance dependent

Skeletons should cause damage according to the distance to the player. The closer the skeleton is, the less damage it does, but the faster it shoots.

In Easy, the skeleton should do between 1 and 4 damage depending on the distance.

But currently, the amount of damage is randomized between 1 and 4 regardless of the distance.
