Playing in local survival world. I tried finding allays in Outposts and Wooden Mansions but have not been able to. Vexes did not spawn in the wooden mansion either.
I do know I started the world on peaceful, but before heading to the locations I have it on hard.

The last time I had seen an allay was an an old world prior to the recent update.
