When using the /execute command, specifically "/execute in nether run tp 126.0 67.5 -104.0", Minecraft begins the dimension transfer, freezes, crashes and resets the world back 5 minutes.
This issue doesn't occur when teleporting to the overworld from the nether.

Nevermind, it appears to happen when going to the overworld too, just, only when using a command block to run it.
