[MCPE-165892] Can't hit a tamed horse in a minecart/boat with range weapons

When a horse is in a minecart you can't hit it with a Projectile Weapon. The arrows or trident will just fly trough the horse.

What happens, if you remove the iron bars that are in front of the horse and minecart?

I did some testing it has nothing to do with the iron bars, but the horse has to be tamed for the bug to be reproduced. Same goes for boats. However when the horse is not in a minecart/boat the horse will take damage from the range weapon
