skulk sensor extends rail power
steps to reproduce:
1. After creating a new world, place the rail long.
2. Place a redstone block at the end of the rail and place a skulk sensor one block away from where the power ends.
3. Destroy the placed redstone block and place it again
the calibrated skulk sensor has the same bug
