[MCPE-166253] Rescource Packs not loading and crashing game

When I load packs that are very big (like 100MB) it just crashes and not loads the rescource pack. The log also contains no interesting information. It just crashes all the time until it resets the global rescources

Custom Packs. Like Clients and Resource packs in general.

only very very rarely. But you all did a great job. the main issue is fixed ✔
