[MCPE-166402] "Renewable Energy" notification does not display (achievement works though)

Steps to reproduce:

Complete the "Renewable Energy" achievement.

Expected: Achievement earned, notification displayed in XBox Game Bar.

Actual: Achievement earned, but notification is never displayed.

The achievement can be confirmed by checking the completed achievement list in game.

This could be a possible explanation for the achievement appearing to not work in MCPE-39661.

I could not reproduce the issue with this specific achievement. The notification popped-up for me right after completing the achievement. Could you please confirm, if the pop-up bug also affects other achievements or only this particular one?
