My husband plays Minecraft on a PS4(Bedrock). We play together all the time on version 1.19.51. When he is playing by himself the world is fine, but as of yesterday(1-7-23) if anyone else joins, the world glitches and freezes within 20 seconds, and people who have joined get a message stating "Detected Lost Connection". No experimentals are turned on, happens on all render distances, and on different accounts on PS4. People joining are using mobile devices and tablets. PS4 works fine as long as no one joins. Anyone joining triggers this freeze to happen. Person on Ps4 does not receive any messages, the entire game just simply freezes and they have to close out the application.

I apologize, I don't know which category this falls under. It is not Realms, or a featured server. If I'm simply joining someone's regular Minecraft world does that fall under multi-player or dedicated server?
The same issue here since 3-4 days. Starting at 09th January we are not anymore able to play together as his PS4 freezes after max. 3 minutes after I'm connecting from my XB Series X to his world on PS4. I believe this is a PSN/Crossplay issue. If I open a new world on my XB he can join me without any problems and my XB will not freeze and everything seems to work correct. Connecting my XB to his PS4 doesn't anymore work, and his wolrd freezes after short time. PLEASE check this with the network gusy, what is wrong in the network infastructure on your site (or the PSN), which can cause this issue.
This must be a PS4 Crossplay issue, as there are many reports of this error since 3-4 days in the internet (Reddit and others).
This issue is ongoing, and still happening every time I try to join my husband on the Ps4. Any fixes yet?

This issue happens when I or anyone else tries to join my husband when he is on the Ps4. We have tried Lan, and WiFi, and it happens on both.
Last week me and my son were able to join him once and it was a normal session, which was the first time since this issue began. So now it seems that it happens randomly, since it did work that one time.

I'm sorry. I thought I explained that part already. It is just local, just from the friends tab. We are not using a server, or Realms.
