[MCPE-166666] Glitched Paintings Create Thousands of Painting Items (MC Bedrock)

I tried to use fill command to remove a house I built so I could move it back. The paintings were left behind and started to create hundreds of painting items whenever it was updated. I tried to break the paintings, place blocks adjacent, save and quit then rejoin and fill the area with blocks. Only using TNT would stop it temporarily.

This is a very bad bug and makes the game unplayable due to the lag it creates and the fact that it cannot be stopped in game.

How to reproduce:

Build a structure with paintings inside
Use a fill command to remove the structure
Update the painting blocks
I did also try and use structure blocks and selected the 'remove blocks' in the options but nothing worked

Observed

The paintings did not break and created hundreds of painting item entities a second when they were updated

Expected

The paintings disappear along with the other blocks
