[MCPE-166773] I am playing on PC and cant update to 1.19.60

I am stuck on 1.19.51 and cant update to 1.19.60 I tried to uninstall and reinstall with no luck. I restarted my pc deleted all Minecraft files and redownloaded them. I cant figure it out. it worked and updated for my Xbox and ps5 friends.
