[MCPE-166811] Stack splitting feature not working.

On beta versions of cycles 1.19.50.x, 1.19.60.x and 1.19.70.x, a new stack splitting system for touch devices works, but it is not available on released releases 1.19.50/51 and 1.19.60. Instead, we have the old system. My device is Poco F2 pro, Android 12. I don't use any resource packs that can break this feature.

This feature will be implemented in a future full release, but for now it's supposed to be available only in preview versions. Closing as Invalid.
