The player in spectator mode cannot see from the new bookshelf.

Players in spectator mode cannot see outside the chiseled bookshelf and cannot see adjacent blocks through the bookshelf.

Steps to Reproduce (from MCPE-169053):

1. Be in spectator mode

2. Enter the Chiseled Bookshelf

Expected Results:
Appears transparent, like other opaque blocks

Observed Results:
Obstructed vision
