Every time after the 1.19.60 update when my iPad auto locks Minecraft freezes my whole iPad and I have to reset my iPad. The freezing happens every time my iPad auto locks or if I turn off my iPad while using Minecraft. I use a iPad generation 7.

This happens to me as well since the recent updates. My iPad 7 suddenly freezes on Minecraft and I can't leave the app or even turn my iPad off. Then when I restart it, it takes a while and then I have a hard time getting it to turn back on. Now my iPad has been unresponsive for a whole week.
My iPad just froze up on my iPad 5 as well and took a minute or two to unfreeze and turn off.
Did you manage to update your game to the newest version? I f yes, Is t still an issue and the freezes occur on your ipad device?
