sounds produced by anything do not bring those sounds with them, such as tridents being thrown the sound being played where they spawned and left behind while java has sounds being brought with the origin.
To reproduce: its best to wear headphones to know where noises are coming from, make a command block machine powered by repeaters teleporting noise makers left and right.
