It has been happening for a while but I never reported it; Xbox versions of Minecraft chat became impractical after an update caused the keyboard to not keep up with text input in the game, making it impossible to track text entry in the game. I don't know if it's really a bug but the use of commands and the fluidity of the chat is not the same after this happened.
