On my samsung galaxy j1 sm-j100h, I can access the start menu of the mcpe 0.16.0 beta build 1, but, after 10 seconds, minecraft crash immediatly.

Please try renaming or deleting the resource_packs folder then restarting the game. If this does not work, please comment your device make, mode, version of OS, any mods or third party apps you have installed on MCPE-16647.
