The texture of falling blocks (except for concrete powder) doesn't move when being moved horizontally in/over flowing water that is on water columns

May be hard to explain but when falling blocks (except for concrete powder of course) move horizontally over a water column, the texture doesn't move but the entity itself does. For example if I put flowing water over a water column, the sand "moves" and this bug occurs.Β

No. But the falling blocks now only move around half a block before stopping to move entirely and then turning into an item due to it staying to long in entity form. Concrete powder now turns into concrete (on the flowing water layer).Β
