Bamboo blocks & Stripped Bamboo blocks cannot be smelted into charcoal in the furnace.

We should get charcoal by smelting bamboo blocks and stripped bamboo blocks in the furnace.

Steps to reproduce:

1) Place a Furnace.
2) Open the Furnace.
3) Put Bamboo block or Stripped Bamboo block in the Input slot.
4) Put any fuel in the fuel slot.

Observed results:

The bamboo block or stripped bamboo block doesn't gets smelted.

Expected results:

The bamboo block or stripped bamboo block must get smelted and the output will be charcoal.
