[MCPE-167847] Spectators are fully visible, (no translucent head)

The spectator's body is fully visible. Camera glitches also occur.

I did have a chunk border pack on. Disabling it caused the player model to be changed to a transparent head, resolving the issue. However, the camera glitchiness still remained even after having no packs on.

The camera issue is being tracked at MCPE-160467. In the future, please put only one bug in your report.
