On my phone, which gets 30-40 fps at 1.18, it dropped to 10-20fps for 1.19

I play on samsung galaxy a51 phone, it always gets 30-40 fps in 1.18, 10-20 fps in 1.19, I lowered all the settings, but still the fps is very low. I play the game there in survival alone.
The original report was created 21/Jun/22 (1.19 in BDS project). Is this still an issue with 1.19.63?
